This Acceptable Use Policy establishes guidelines for the responsible and lawful use of DressFitt’s AI-powered fashion tools, including but not limited to outfit generation, hairstyle visualization, image creation, video generation, and related features. DressFitt is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and creative environment for all users.
We expect all users to exercise good judgment and respect the rights and dignity of others when using our platform. Violations of this AUP may result in enforcement actions as described in Section 6 below.
2. Permitted Use
DressFitt encourages the use of our Services for the following lawful and constructive purposes:
- Personal Fashion Exploration: Using AI tools to visualize outfits, hairstyles, and fashion looks for personal use, inspiration, and self-expression.
- Commercial Fashion Imagery: Creating AI-generated fashion imagery for legitimate commercial purposes, including product visualization, e-commerce listings, and brand marketing.
- Professional Portfolio Creation: Building fashion portfolios, mood boards, and lookbooks for professional use by designers, stylists, photographers, and models.
- Business Marketing Materials: Generating visual content for business marketing campaigns, social media, advertising, and promotional materials in compliance with applicable advertising standards.
- Educational Content: Creating fashion-related educational materials, tutorials, presentations, and research content for academic or instructional purposes.
3. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using DressFitt’s Services. This list is not exhaustive, and DressFitt reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any activity constitutes a violation of this AUP:
- Illegal Content: Generating, uploading, distributing, or sharing any content that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Harassment and Abuse: Using the Services to harass, bully, intimidate, threaten, or demean any individual or group of individuals.
- Impersonation: Creating content that impersonates another person, entity, or organization without their explicit consent, with the intent to deceive or defraud.
- Deepfakes for Deception: Using AI-generated imagery or video to create deceptive deepfakes intended to mislead, manipulate public opinion, commit fraud, or cause reputational harm.
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): DressFitt maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors. Any such content will be immediately removed and reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
- Hate Speech: Creating or distributing content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Spam and Automated Abuse: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Services in a manner that exceeds normal usage patterns, disrupts service availability, or constitutes spam.
- Circumventing Rate Limits: Attempting to bypass, circumvent, or manipulate rate limits, usage quotas, credit systems, or any other technical restrictions imposed by DressFitt.
- Reverse Engineering: Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code, algorithms, or underlying technology of the Services or any AI models used therein.
- Surveillance: Using the Services for unauthorized surveillance, tracking, or monitoring of individuals without their knowledge and consent.
4. Content Standards
All content generated, uploaded, or shared through DressFitt must comply with the following standards:
- Intellectual Property: Generated content must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Consent for Real Persons: Content that depicts identifiable real persons must not be created or distributed without the informed consent of those individuals. This includes using photographs of real people as input for AI generation.
- Legal Compliance: All content must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to advertising standards, consumer protection laws, and data protection regulations.
- Accuracy: Content should not be presented in a manner that is intentionally misleading or deceptive to viewers or consumers.
5. Account Responsibilities
As a DressFitt user, you are responsible for the following:
- Account Activity: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activity. You must take reasonable steps to secure your account credentials.
- Credential Security: You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Each account is intended for use by a single individual unless otherwise specified by an enterprise or team plan.
- Reporting Violations: If you become aware of any violation of this AUP by another user, you are encouraged to promptly report the violation to our team using the contact information provided in Section 7.
- Compliance: You must ensure that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and this AUP at all times.
6. Enforcement
DressFitt reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to violations of this Acceptable Use Policy. Enforcement actions may include, but are not limited to, the following measures, applied at DressFitt’s sole discretion:
- Warning: A written notice informing the user of the violation and requesting immediate corrective action.
- Temporary Suspension: Temporary restriction of access to all or part of the Services for a specified period.
- Permanent Ban: Permanent termination of the user’s account and revocation of access to all Services.
- Content Removal: Immediate removal of content that violates this AUP without prior notice.
- Law Enforcement Referral: Reporting of illegal activities to the appropriate law enforcement authorities, regulatory bodies, or other relevant organizations.
The severity of enforcement action will be determined based on the nature and gravity of the violation, the user’s history of compliance, and any other relevant factors.
