Affiliate Terms of Service

DressFitt is a software application operated by Secusysts Technologies Inc. ("Secusysts," "we," "our").

These Affiliate Terms of Service ("Affiliate Terms") govern participation in the DressFitt Affiliate Program ("Program"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Affiliate Terms, together with the DressFitt Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Agreements"). If you do not agree, you may not participate in the Program.

Introduction

The DressFitt Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring new users to DressFitt through approved promotional methods. Participation in the Program is optional and subject to approval by DressFitt.

Enrollment in the Program

To enroll in the Program, you must submit an application through DressFitt's designated affiliate platform. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion, including if we determine that your website, platform, content, or promotional methods are unsuitable, misleading, unlawful, or inconsistent with the DressFitt brand.

We may terminate or suspend an affiliate account at any time if eligibility requirements are no longer met.

Affiliate Obligations

As an Affiliate, you agree to the following obligations:

  • You will promote DressFitt in a lawful manner and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising standards, including consumer protection, disclosure, and anti-spam laws.
  • You will clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with DressFitt where required by law, including through appropriate affiliate disclosures.
  • You will not engage in misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, or unethical marketing practices.
  • You will not make false claims, guarantees, or representations regarding DressFitt's services, pricing, features, or results.
  • You will not represent yourself as an employee, agent, or official representative of DressFitt.

Approved Promotional Methods

Affiliates may promote DressFitt only through approved methods, including:

  • Websites or blogs that provide original content such as reviews, tutorials, comparisons, or educational material.
  • Organic social media content on platforms such as X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
  • Email marketing to recipients who have affirmatively opted in, in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Educational content, webinars, or online events that accurately describe DressFitt's services.
  • Other promotional methods expressly approved in writing by DressFitt.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your participation in the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

  • Using paid search advertising, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, or similar platforms, to bid on DressFitt trademarks, brand names, or close variations.
  • Using paid social media advertising to promote DressFitt without prior written approval.
  • Misrepresenting DressFitt's services, features, pricing, refund policy, or capabilities.
  • Impersonating DressFitt, its founders, employees, partners, or representatives.
  • Offering unauthorized incentives, rebates, discounts, or bonuses to induce referrals.
  • Engaging in cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden tracking, misleading redirects, or similar deceptive techniques.
  • Using spam, unsolicited communications, or automated messaging to promote affiliate links.
  • Using DressFitt trademarks, logos, or branding outside approved brand guidelines or without authorization.
  • Promoting DressFitt on websites or platforms that contain illegal, harmful, adult, hateful, or misleading content.

Affiliate Links and Tracking

Affiliates will be provided with unique tracking links or identifiers. Only referrals properly tracked through these links will be eligible for commissions. DressFitt is not responsible for tracking failures caused by browser settings, ad blockers, platform outages, or user actions.

Affiliates may not modify, obscure, or manipulate affiliate tracking links.

Commissions and Payment

Commission rates, eligible products, and commission structures are determined by DressFitt and may be updated from time to time. Only qualified subscriptions or purchases completed through a valid affiliate link and not refunded or reversed are eligible for commission.

Commissions are calculated based on net revenue actually received by DressFitt, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and failed payments.

Payments are issued according to the schedule specified within the affiliate platform, subject to verification and fraud review. A minimum payout threshold may apply. If the threshold is not met, commissions will roll over to the next payment period.

DressFitt reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, policy violations, or refunded transactions.

Term and Termination

This Agreement begins upon acceptance into the Program and continues until terminated. Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice through the affiliate platform or in writing.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using affiliate links, promotional materials, and DressFitt branding. Any unpaid commissions earned through prohibited or fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

Relationship of the Parties

You and DressFitt are independent contractors. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or franchise relationship. You have no authority to bind DressFitt or make representations on its behalf.

Intellectual Property

DressFitt retains all rights, title, and interest in its trademarks, logos, software, and proprietary materials. Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable license to use approved marketing assets solely for participation in the Program and in accordance with brand guidelines.

No other intellectual property rights are granted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DressFitt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Affiliate Program. DressFitt's total liability under these Affiliate Terms shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Disclaimers

The Affiliate Program and all related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. DressFitt makes no warranties or representations regarding the performance, availability, or profitability of the Program.

DressFitt does not guarantee uninterrupted access to affiliate tracking, reporting, or payment systems.

Modification of Terms

DressFitt may modify these Affiliate Terms at any time. Updated terms will be made available through the affiliate platform or website. Continued participation in the Program after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Affiliate Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Affiliate Terms shall be resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, conducted in English, with the seat of arbitration in Singapore.
