1. Eligibility and Acceptance

2. Accounts and Access
2.1 Account Creation
Some features of the Services may be accessed without creating an account. Where applicable, DressFitt may assign a technical identifier to enable service continuity. Such identifiers are used for operational purposes and do not directly identify you as an individual.
2.2 Information Accuracy
You may be required to provide certain technical or device-related information necessary for core functionality, including but not limited to device type, operating system, application version, network information, and usage logs. You agree to ensure that any information you provide is accurate and up to date.
2.3 Security Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account or device. You must promptly notify DressFitt of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.
3. AI-Powered Fashion and Media Features
3.1 Service Functionality
The Services include AI-enabled tools such as outfit generation, hairstyle modification, image creation, video generation, and related fashion or visual content features. Certain features require access to local files or device media, which will only occur with your explicit permission and may be revoked at any time through your device settings.
3.2 User Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for any content you upload, generate, modify, or share using the Services. When sharing content externally (including on social media platforms), you represent that you hold all necessary rights and that such sharing does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable platform policies or laws.
3.3 AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated content is produced algorithmically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for certain purposes. The Services are provided on an “as-is” basis, and you are responsible for independently reviewing and determining the appropriateness of any generated output. 4. Permitted Use and Restrictions
4.1 License Grant
Subject to compliance with these Terms, DressFitt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for lawful and personal or internal business purposes.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
You may not, directly or indirectly (see also our Acceptable Use Policy for complete guidelines):
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or exploit the Services or related content without prior written consent
- Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
- Use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes
- Post false, misleading, or manipulative reviews or feedback
4.3 Compliance with Law
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in connection with your use of the Services.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 DressFitt IP
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, AI models, designs, interfaces, logos, trademarks, visual effects, and underlying technology, are owned by or licensed to DressFitt and are protected by intellectual property laws. 5.2 User Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit may be used by DressFitt without restriction or compensation, for any purpose, including product improvement and commercial use.
5.3 User Content License
To the extent you retain rights in content you submit or generate, you grant DressFitt a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display such content solely in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the Services.
6. Fees and Subscriptions
6.1 Free and Paid Services
Basic features may be offered at no charge. Premium features may require a paid subscription processed through third-party platforms such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
6.2 Third-Party Payments
All payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the applicable third-party platform’s terms and policies. DressFitt does not process or store payment credentials. For details on our refund and cancellation terms, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the applicable platform’s policies prior to the renewal date.
7. Service Changes and Availability
DressFitt may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time. While reasonable notice may be provided where feasible, DressFitt is not liable for any resulting loss or inconvenience.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRESSFITT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRESSFITT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. DRESSFITT'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DressFitt and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), conducted in English, with the seat of arbitration in Singapore.
