We offer a range of AI-powered fashion tools available through free and paid subscription tiers, as well as individual credit purchases. This Policy applies to all transactions processed through the DressFitt platform, including subscriptions, credit top-ups, and any other paid features or services.
We strive to provide transparent and fair billing practices. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding refunds and cancellations.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your DressFitt subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, the following terms apply:
- Continued Access: Your subscription benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not lose access to paid features immediately upon cancellation.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not issue partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access for the remainder of that period but will not receive a prorated refund.
- Auto-Renewal: Cancellation prevents future automatic renewals. If you do not cancel before the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable rate, and the corresponding charge will be applied to your payment method on file.
- Downgrade Option: Instead of cancelling, you may downgrade your plan to a lower tier or the free plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following limited circumstances:
- 7-Day Window: Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the initial subscription purchase date.
- No Credits Consumed: To be eligible for a refund, you must not have consumed any AI generation credits (outfit, hairstyle, image, or video credits) during the subscription period for which you are requesting a refund.
- First-Time Purchases Only: Refund eligibility applies to the initial purchase of a subscription plan. Renewal charges are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- Technical Issues: If you experience a verifiable technical issue that prevents you from accessing the Services and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.
Refunds are not available after credits have been consumed, regardless of the amount used. Once you generate content using your subscription credits, the refund window is considered closed.
4. Credit Purchases
All credit purchases on DressFitt are subject to the following terms:
- Final and Non-Refundable: All credit top-up purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes individual credit packs, bulk credit purchases, and any promotional credit offers.
- Video Credit Packs: Video generation credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of whether the credits have been used.
- Credit Expiration: Purchased credits may be subject to expiration policies as outlined in our Terms of Service. Expired credits are not eligible for refunds.
- No Cash Value: Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency, transferred to another account, or redeemed outside the DressFitt platform.
5. How to Request a Refund

6. Processing Timeline
Once a refund request has been approved, the following processing timelines apply:

- Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within five to ten (5–10) business days from the date of approval.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. We are unable to issue refunds to alternative payment methods or accounts.
- Bank Processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
7. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage users to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or dispute through their bank or credit card provider. The following terms apply to chargebacks:

8. Free Trial
DressFitt offers a free tier that provides limited access to our AI-powered fashion tools. The following terms apply to the free tier:
- No Credit Card Required: The free tier does not require a credit card or any payment information to access. You can explore our basic features without any financial commitment.
- Free Credits: Free credits provided upon account creation or through promotional offers do not carry over between billing periods and cannot be accumulated.
- No Obligation: Using the free tier does not obligate you to purchase a subscription or credits at any time.
9. Changes to This Policy
DressFitt reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time, at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised Policy on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
